I've not used DO for a while now, but I have been thinkin about setting up a small host again so I can play with Gemini and Gopher. Having used DO in the past they were at the top of my list.
Now I'm not so sure I need them there.

Through my day job I hear about Yoast a lot, often in ways that bother me. This often comes from people who seem to think all the web is WordPress. So it's kind of amusing that a creator of the tool in question ha swapped their blog over to using a SSG.
It's even more amusing given this happens around the same time I build my own SSG and, just for the LOLs more than anything, go for it on the SEO front and seem to get fine scores. No third party tools. No plugin ecosystem at all.
One person's story of how they go about building software with LLMs; from the point of view of someone who has worked out that they don't care about the act or craft of writing code, they only care about the result.
I'm pretty sure I mostly care more about the act and craft of writing code and getting results, but it's interesting to read about this from their perspective.
